Key responsibilities: Chairman of the Board, with key responsibility for Finance and Head Office functions.
Biography: John has been CEO at Space Engineering Services for over four years, and before that he spent many years providing blue chip companies with professional accountancy services. John finds‘The Apprentice’ compelling television - but has no plans to initiate such a scheme at our offices and is far from an Alan Sugar himself! When not watching rugby or playing golf, Jack, a black labrador with lots of energy, takes John for walks. If that were not enough, John is also the treasurer of Brunel’s SS Great Britain, and of Care and Repair, a home improvement charity in Bristol.

Key responsibilities: Corporate management, with key responsibilities for retail refrigeration project management, service & maintenance, R&D and refrigeration plant production departments.
Biography: In the twelve years since Rick joined Space Engineering Services in 1995, he has played a major role in expanding and developing our offering both in terms of the sectors that we operate in, and the services we offer. Precious time off will see him heading for the coast, where he enjoys boating, walking along the coast and fish – both the catching and subsequent consumption of. When not beside the seaside, Rick can be found watching his three sons playing cricket, or heading to ‘The Rec’ to watch Bath play rugby.
Name: Barry Stevenson
Job title: Director
Key responsibilities: Corporate management, with key responsibilities for mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects and service and maintenance.
Biography:The ageless Barry began working in the industry 37 years ago. Beginning as a mechanical apprentice with Marconi, he has also worked in HVAC design with Carrier, and progressed from service engineer to Area Manager with O'Gorman/Hussmann, before joining Space Engineering Services 17 years ago. Since that time he has been instrumental in seeing the company grow to where we are today. Married with one teenage daughter, Barry still finds time to enjoy sport - in particular cricket, rugby, golf, and running - not to mention gardening, walking, DIY and a healthy social life.
Name: Dale Nouch
Job title: Director
Key responsibilities: Overall running of the Project Management department.
Biography: Dale doesn’t get much time to sit about. When he’s not running the project department at Space Engineering Services, he’s running around after three sons, helping them play rugby, football, cricket or whatever pastime it happens to be that evening or weekend. He also claims to be an expert hand at DIY - even going so far as to say he enjoys it. With all of this going on, it's surprising he finds time to watch his favourite film, Casino Royale.
