Key responsibilities: Overall running of the Project Management department.

Biography: Dale doesn't get much time to sit about.  When he's not running the project department at Space Engineering Services, he's running around after three sons, helping them to rugby, football, cricket or whatever pastime it happens to be that evening or weekend.  He also claims to be an expert hand at DIY - even going so far as to say he enjoys it.  With all of this going on, how does he find the time to watch his favourite film, Casino Royale?

Name: Paul Salmon

Job title: Operations Manager

Key responsibilities: Day to day management of our regional and project managers.

Biography: An expert in M&E project management, with over 18 years in the industry, Paul joined Space Engineering six years ago, and is now in charge of our regional and project managers. Away from work though, he is clearly not in charge or anything, as with two daughters, he lists his principle hobby as chasing after those daughters, his favourite films as anything from Pixar, and his favourite food as a hastily ordered chinese takeaway.

Name: Roger Mapperley.
Job title: Design Manager.
Key responsibilities: Manages the design consultancy office.
Biography: Roger has been with Space Engineering Services since Spring 2005. Prior to joining us he spent 8 years at Oaksmere, specialising in refrigeration design and consultancy for the retail sector, and progressing to Director level. As a result he has the perfect credentials for heading up our own design consultancy team. Married with two daughters; Roger enjoys golf, cricket and the collected works of the Monty Python team. When he goes out to eat, another favourite pastime, his preference is a good steak.
