M Local Grafton Street

Space Engineering Services are established specialists in Mechanical, Electrical and Refrigeration provisions for the Convenience store format. Using our considerable expertise, we have recently supported high street supermarket chain Morrisons’ expansion into the convenience market, with the delivery of their M Local store in Grafton Street, Manchester.

Space Engineering successfully delivered the combined mechanical, electrical and refrigeration requirements for the 4,323sq ft store, within a tight 11 week schedule. The Grafton Street store, which is set to target the largely student population with its fresh produce and great value, opened its doors on 16th January and is the third M Local store as from Morrisons’ well publicised convenience store expansions plans.

Grafton Street is just one in a number of projects, Space Engineering have undertaken for Morrisons in the last 12 months.
