Bristol based Space Engineering Services is playing a vital role in the redevelopment of Twickenham Stadium, the home of English Rugby.
The company has been working on a £2.2m contract to design and install the key mechanical services for the 4 star luxury Marriott Hotel which forms part of the new South Stand at the stadium.
The work in partnership with Cornhill Interiors, one of the fastest growing interiors companies in the UK, has included the installation of all the heating, cooling, ventilation, water services & controls to the 156 hotel bedrooms, the reception areas and the six state-of-the-art VIP suites which overlook the pitch.
Dave Canning from Space Engineering commented: "It has been a great experience for us to work on such a high profile project. The redevelopment has resulted in some seriously impressive facilities at one the leading sporting venues in the country.
Although we can't guarantee the result will always go the way visitors may want, the part we have played in the scheme means that the facilities will provide a luxury experience from start to finish."
The hotel is due to open late 2008.
