We are now a preferred refrigeration contractor for a number of the leading multiples, for whom we provide project management for refurbishments, extensions and new store builds, plus ongoing service and compliance nationwide.

HVAC, M&E Capabilities

Space Engineering Services can also project manage mechanical and electrical requirements and provide ongoing service and compliance for all HVAC installations. As a result of this comprehensive offering we are increasingly undertaking turnkey projects as principle contractor. In recent times we have completed many major projects on this basis, offering significant cost savings and simplified channels of communication to our customers.

Through early involvement in each of these projects we have developed bespoke solutions, and provided first class project management to deliver these tailored designs on time and on budget. We select our suppliers and subcontractors carefully. Which means that we develop long term relationships with those we select. Our trust in them mirrors that which our customers have in us.

Space Engineering Services are also at the forefront of development in the vital area of energy efficiency. Having advised on and installed central plant solutions for our customers’ larger stores, including quiet and visually quiet solutions for convenience stores and town centre locations. The enormous diversity of the retail market, together with increasing cost pressures, global environment and energy issues requires a process of innovation, efficiency and flexibility.
