Between 25 – 37 hours per week (minimum of 4 days)

Main Purpose and Scope of the job

This role will work alongside other members of the Central Services Team which deal with the day to day administration of the HR, Training and Fleet functions.  This role will primarily focus on the HR administration.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Preparing and processing offers of employment
  • Updating and maintaining the HR database
  • Liaising with payroll for adjustments
  • Administration of starters, internal transfers and leavers
  • Day to day activities of clearing down the HR/Enquiries and applications mailboxes
  • All matters relating to the life cycle of an employee
  • Ad hoc duties as required to meet the changing needs of the business.

Skill Set, Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent administration/organisational skills.
  • Good communication at all levels.
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, desirable.
  • Good geographical knowledge, desirable.
