The purpose of the role is to…

The Compliance Managing Engineer is a key link between the Case Maintenance teams and the Compliance Delivery Manager.   Their primary responsibility is to ensure all Engineers and Operatives work safely, are suitably trained, coached, skilled and supervised to meet the expectations of the Clients and that of the Business.

Case Maintenance is an essential discipline that requires dedicated supervision during Non-Core hours to ensure safety, quality of work and excellent customer service is evident at all times.

 

What you’ll be doing…

  • Line Manager for the Case Maintenance teams
  • To promote a safe working environment and safety culture within their case maintenance teams
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedure is always adhered to
  • Ensure Quality case maintenance standards through regular site audits
  • To provide cover for case maintenance duties when there are short notice unplanned absences should the resource be required.

We’d love to meet someone with…

  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Proven knowledge of the Refrigeration Case Maintenance sector and the changing expectations of our client base
  • Ability to build effective relationships with direct reports and peers
  • Is skilled in assessing a situation, taking all aspects of evidence into consideration, and making a timely and appropriate course of action
  • Has a proven track record in the supervision/management of their Case Maintenance teams, Performance Management, and Coaching all direct reports
