Congratulations to our Service & Maintenance division upon confirmation of an extension to our existing Biomass maintenance contract with long-term customer, Sainsbury’s.
As well as maintaining the biomass boilers for our existing 69 sites, engineers will now be providing silo (fuel store) maintenance for 11 of these stores This will allow teams to control the use of the fuel and ensure that 100% of the pellets have been used before cleaning, inspecting the fuel silo, and then repairing if required.
In addition, our Service teams have been successful in securing a Gutter Clean PPM for our 66 current Sainsbury’s sites (remaining three are indoor stores). This work will be completed during the autumn months to ensure gutters and downpipes are clear and ready for the winter months. It’s crucial work will prevent potential water leaks inside the Biomass plantroom.
