BREEAM Excellent for Our Design Teams

A huge well done to our design teams for delivering outstanding BREEAM results on a new store in Harrogate for a major retail customer.

BREEAM stands for Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method. It’s a leading international system used to measure, evaluate, and certify the sustainability and environmental performance of buildings, masterplans, and infrastructure projects.

Supporting the full assessment alongside the design and installation, our design team, led by Lewis Knights, helped secure an Excellent rating, placing the store among just a handful of UK supermarkets to achieve this level. Even more impressive? Space has played a role in three of the top-performing BREEAM stores in the country.
